1. ABOUT HOLOLABSAI

HoloLabsAI provides an AI-powered operating system that enables organizations to deploy emotionally aware digital humans, conversational AI assistants, branded avatars, hologram-enabled experiences, and customer engagement technologies across websites, mobile applications, retail environments, and physical deployments. References to “emotionally aware,” “emotionally intelligent,” “human-like,” or similar terminology describe simulated conversational responsiveness and engagement behavior only and do not imply human consciousness, emotional understanding, psychological evaluation, medical analysis, or mental health assessment.

Our Services are designed to support customer engagement, frontend stickiness, operational efficiency, customer support, and scalable SaaS-driven experiences.

HoloLabsAI is not a healthcare provider, therapist, emergency response provider, financial advisor, legal advisor, or licensed professional service provider. The Services are intended solely for informational, engagement, operational, educational, and conversational purposes.

The Services are not intended for:

  • Emergency response;
  • Crisis intervention;
  • Medical monitoring;
  • Life-sustaining communications; or
  • Professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.

Users should contact emergency services or qualified professionals in emergency situations.

Unless expressly agreed in writing under a separate HIPAA-compliant agreement, the Services are not intended to receive, process, or store Protected Health Information (“PHI”).

Organizations deploying HoloLabsAI’s Services are solely responsible for:

  • Determining the appropriateness of deployment for their use case;
  • Providing any legally required notices or consents to end users;
  • Obtaining any required consents related to recording, voice capture, image capture, likeness rights, monitoring, or interaction tracking;
  • Configuring workflows, prompts, and operational settings;
  • Ensuring compliance with industry-specific laws and regulations applicable to their organization.
  • HoloLabsAI acts solely as a technology provider and does not control how deploying organizations utilize the Services.

5. AI SYSTEMS, AUTOMATED RESPONSES, AND DISCLAIMERS

HoloLabsAI utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to generate responses, recommendations, and conversational interactions.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, inappropriate, or misleading;
  • AI-generated content should not be relied upon as medical, legal, financial, mental health, or professional advice;
  • HoloLabsAI makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs;
  • Users are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying AI-generated responses before relying upon them.
  • HoloLabsAI shall not be liable for decisions, actions, damages, losses, or claims arising from reliance upon AI-generated content, recommendations, or outputs.
  • HoloLabsAI implements commercially reasonable safeguards intended to reduce harmful, inappropriate, or misleading outputs; however, no AI system can guarantee complete accuracy or eliminate all risk of unintended results.
  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. NO SENSITIVE DATA SUBMISSIONS

Unless expressly authorized under a separate written agreement, users should not submit:

  • Social Security numbers;
  • Government identification numbers;
  • Financial account information;
  • Medical records;
  • Payment card information;
  • Passwords;
  • Biometric identifiers;
  • Sensitive confidential information; or
  • Any regulated protected information.
  • HoloLabsAI shall not be responsible for information submitted in violation of this section.

7. BIOMETRIC AND FACIAL RECOGNITION DISCLAIMER

Unless expressly agreed in writing, HoloLabsAI does not intentionally collect, store, process, or use biometric identifiers or biometric information for identification purposes. HoloLabsAI does not utilize facial recognition technology for identity verification unless specifically authorized pursuant to a separate written agreement.

8. DE-IDENTIFIED AND AGGREGATED DATA

HoloLabsAI may use anonymized, aggregated, and de-identified data to:

  • Improve AI models and platform performance;
  • Enhance operational capabilities;
  • Develop analytics and benchmarking insights;
  • Improve conversational quality and deployment effectiveness.
  • Such data will not intentionally identify individual users.
  • HoloLabsAI does not use customer-specific confidential information to train public AI models.
  • Enterprise customers may request restrictions regarding the use of deployment-specific data for AI training purposes pursuant to a separate written agreement.

9. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

HoloLabsAI may store conversations, interaction history, engagement records, analytics, and deployment data to:

  • Support customer deployments;

  • Certain functionality of customer-branded avatars and deployments may require continued access to HoloLabsAI infrastructure, hosting systems, operational tools, and platform services.
  • Data retention periods may vary depending on:
  • Customer agreements;
  • Operational requirements;
  • Legal obligations;
  • Backup procedures;
  • Platform functionality.
  • Customers may request deletion of eligible data subject to legal, operational, backup, security, and compliance limitations.

12. CUSTOMER CONTENT LICENSE

Users and organizations submitting content to the Services grant HoloLabsAI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, analyze, and utilize such content solely for purposes of:

  • Operating the Services;
  • Supporting deployments;
  • Providing customer support;
  • Improving platform performance;
  • Maintaining security and functionality.
  • Users and organizations are solely responsible for content submitted through the Services.

13. DATA SECURITY

HoloLabsAI utilizes commercially reasonable safeguards including:

  • Encrypted data transmission and storage;
  • Access controls;
  • Authentication systems;
  • Infrastructure monitoring;
  • Secure hosting environments;
  • Role-based access restrictions.
  • No system is completely secure, and HoloLabsAI cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

HoloLabsAI does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free operation of the Services. Temporary interruptions, outages, maintenance periods, delays, or technical issues may occur from time to time.

15. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Use of the Services is also governed by HoloLabsAI’s Terms of Service, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, and other applicable agreements, which may contain additional limitations, disclaimers, arbitration provisions, class action waivers, indemnification obligations, and liability protections.
